I’m opening 5 spots for the next PRINCIPLES educator group.
We start on Monday, 6th July, and once the 5 spots are gone, enrolment closes.
This is for self-employed barbers and shop owners who are busy, booked, a bit overworked, and know they’re capable of more than standing behind the chair all week taking skin fades until their shoulders hate them.
In 12 weeks, I’ll help you teach your first barbering class and make $2,000 per day as a confident educator.
Not “one day I’ll teach.
”Not “I just need to feel ready first.”
Your first class. Mapped, promoted, sold, and delivered.
I’ve already helped D-lo, Niall, Folu and George do this. All of them taught their first class within 2 months of joining PRINCIPLES.
So this isn’t theory. It’s not some fluffy “build your personal brand” thing where you post motivational nonsense and hope someone bites. We’re going to take what you already know, turn it into something barbers want to learn, and help you sell seats for your first class without making your life ten times busier.
This is not for beginner barbers. If you’re still finding your feet with the craft, stay focused on the chair for now.
It’s also not for employed barbers who don’t have control over their time, pricing, or schedule.
But if you’re self-employed, or you own a shop, and you’re good at what you do, this will make sense.
You’re probably already the person other barbers watch. They ask how you got that shape. They ask what guard you used. They ask how you’d approach the haircut. You’ve got something to teach, but right now it’s still living in your head.
And that’s the problem.
You can cut. You can explain bits of it when someone asks. But building a full class, pricing it, promoting it, and standing in front of a room to teach it properly feels like a different thing altogether.
I’ll take you from winging it to teaching it.
We do it in three moves.
First, we get your class mapped.
In the first 30 days, we’ll book your 1:1 class strategy session and build your 12-week plan together. We’ll choose your first class topic, shape the offer, set the price, map the lesson, and decide exactly how you’ll sell the first seats.
By the end of the first month, you’ll know what you’re teaching, who it’s for, how it runs, what you’re charging, and why another barber would pay you for it.
That’s when this stops being a vague idea in your head and starts looking like a real education day.
Then we get your seats filled.
In the next 30 days, we will install your:
Routine
Rhythm
Reach
That means practising the class you’re going to deliver, building the rhythm you’ll promote with, and using social media to get interested barbers into the room.
No crazy posting routine.
No dancing at the camera like you’ve lost a bet.
No pretending to be someone you’re not.
You’ll use my templates and posting strategies so people understand what you’re teaching, why it matters, and how to grab a seat.
By day 60, you’ll have interest from barbers online and you’ll be moving towards locking in $2,000 before you even deliver the class.
That’s the bit that changes everything. Once someone has paid for a seat, you stop wondering if this is real.
Then we get you class ready.
In the final 30 days, we sharpen the class, clean up the teaching, and make sure you can stand in the room without feeling like you’re pretending. You’ll know what to say, what to demonstrate, where people usually get stuck, and how to lead the day like a proper educator.
By the end of 12 weeks, you’ll have taught your first class, made some cool money, and spent a day with barbers who actually want to learn from you.
And here’s the hidden win most shop owners don’t think about.
Your class becomes a paid audition room. The barbers who show up, listen, practise, ask good questions and care about the craft? Those are the exact people you might want around your shop.
Better than interviewing someone who says they’re passionate, then turns up late holding a Red Bull and a vape.
What you get:
You’ll get weekly 1:1 support, so you’re not trying to build your first class alone or second-guessing every move.
You’ll get weekly support calls, so we can keep the wheels on, fix what’s messy, and make sure you’re moving each week.
You’ll get daily support inside the community, so when you’ve got a question, a wobble, or a post you’re not sure about, you’re not stuck in your own head.
You’ll unlock the full 12-month PRINCIPLES Premium Year Pass, including the Cutting Program and extra weekly calls, so you keep improving your own craft while you build the educator side of your business. That’s worth $6,000 on its own.
You’ll get my posting templates and class promotion strategies, so you’re not staring at Instagram thinking, “What the hell do I say today?”
And if you can make it in person, you’ll also be invited to a full-day class with me. You don’t need to travel to get the result, but if you can get there, it’ll be a serious day.
The investment is $3,000 paid in full, which saves you $1,000.
Or you can split it into 4 monthly instalments of $1,000. Total investment that way is $4,000.
Love it or leave it Guarantee
Join the program, complete the first 14 days, attend your onboarding call, and do the first class-building assignment. If you don’t feel clearer, more confident, and genuinely on track to teach your first class, I’ll buy it back.
No hard feelings.
You’ll need to be willing to practise, post, take feedback, and actually do the work.
I’m a dangerous MF. Hang around me for too long, and I’ll have you thinking you can do things you never thought you could.
That’s kind of the point.
Step 1: Send me a DM on Instagram with “I’M IN.”
Step 2: I’ll send you the details and confirm if one of the 5 spots is still available.
Step 3: We’ll get your onboarding booked and start mapping your first class.

P.S. The day you join, I’ll do your First Class Clarity Call. Send me the rough idea you’ve got in your head, even if it’s messy, and I’ll help turn it into a clear class curriculum that you can actually post about and sell. That’s your first move from “I could probably teach something” to “this is the class I’m known for.”
