The first 30 to 60 days are the Shape Reset



This is where we rebuild the foundation properly, so you can look at a head of hair and understand what shape you’re about to build before your hands start doing suspicious things

You’ll learn the four core shapes, simplified sectioning, elevation control, over-direction, weight distribution, tension, body positioning, and why each move changes the final result



By the end of this first stage, you won’t just be “practicing scissor work.”

You’ll have a working map for shape. You’ll know why the hair is going where it’s going. You’ll have less long hair anxiety, cleaner decisions, and a body position that doesn’t make you look like you’re trying to cut hair during an earthquake



Months 1 to 4 are the PRINCIPLES stage

This is where confidence and standards get installed. We go deep into the theory through videos and live breakdowns, then bring it back to real haircuts so you’re not just memorising information.

You’re changing the way you see



Months 5 to 7 are SYNTHESIS

This is where most barbers plateau

You’ll take the four shapes and start building what I call Impossible Shapes. Shapes that don’t exist as fixed templates. You’ll combine structures, manipulate weight, and deliberately control the silhouette



This is the stage where you move from “I know the shapes” to “I can build any shape.”



Months 7 to 12 are QUANTUM

By this point, you’re not guessing

You’re operating at a different standard. We take the shape work into shorter hair and bring clipper work in, so you understand how to transition cleanly from a fade into scissor length without the haircut looking like two separate people worked on it

This is where you start cutting in a way that feels different from everyone around you
