The 3-Phase Development Model

Phase 1: Fundamentals Stage (Months 1–4)
This is where we rebuild your foundation.
You will learn the exact four shapes I teach globally in my in-person education.
The same four shapes.
They are the foundations of everything that you will build for the rest of your career.
Phase 2: Advanced Stage (Months 5–8)
This is where most barbers plateau.
You won’t.
In this stage, we apply everything from Phase 1 and begin creating what I call:
Impossible Shapes.
Shapes that don’t “exist” as fixed templates.
You combine structures. You manipulate weight.
You control the silhouette deliberately.
This is where technical depth becomes creative authority.
